SPA Etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time to change into the appropriate attire for your service.  For first time guests, we require a confidential consultation form be filled out prior to the treatment. As your appointment time is reserved just for you, your treatment time may be shortened if you arrive late.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request 24 hour notice for cancellations, otherwise a 50% service charge is applied.  For group appointments (4+), 7 days notice is appreciated.

Reservations are accepted with a valid Visa, MC, or Gift Certificate number.
